HISTÓRIA ORAL E ENTREVISTAS NO ESTUDO DAS ARTES – ANÁLISE DE APLICAÇÃO AO ESTUDO DE JORGE LIMA BARRETO

Abstract

There is a hybrid nature that involves the artistic production of the object of study Jorge Lima Barreto and his compositional processes, intricate in other forms of artistic expression; and a contemporaneity of the intervenients in the investigated events, making clear the need to resort to oral history methodologies such as the interview. Starting from the chapter Oral History Interviews in Contemporary Art: Artistic and Scientific Methods by Sibylle Omlin, from the publication Práticas de Arquivo em Artes Performativas, it is intended to analyze the application and delivery of the interviews, that will be made to make the production resulting from the investigation, aesthetically coherent with the multidisciplinarity of the subject studied. In order to achieve a final product with not only scientific concerns, but also aesthetic and conceptual ones.
