Author Guidelines

  1. Páginas a&b accepts articles for publication, written in Portuguese, English, French or Spanish, preferably originals, if they have not been simultaneously submitted for consideration by another publisher.
  2. If the articles are not original, the author(s) must mention this fact at the time of submission.
  3. Whatever the decision of the Editorial Board of Páginas a&b on the article submitted for consideration, the author(s) will be notified.
  4. Articles must be submitted using the template available for that purpose.
  5. Articles must always have the title in the original language and in English. If the original language is English, the Editorial Board of Páginas a&b assumes responsibility for writing the second title in Portuguese.
  6. Articles must always be accompanied by two abstracts and keywords, in the original language and, simultaneously, in English. If the original language is English, the Editorial Board of Páginas a&b takes the responsibility for writing the second abstract in Portuguese. Each abstract must not exceed 150 words. Keywords. also in the two languages, should not be more than 4.
  7. Texts, with references and annexes, must not exceed 60,000 characters (including spaces); abstracts, keywords and images are not included in the 60,000 character limit.
  8. In the texts submitted for evaluation, if there are graphs, tables, charts, etc., these must be included in the text.
  9. Bibliographic references must follow the ISO 690:2021 Standard and, if they do not comply, Páginas a&b reserves the right to introduce the necessary changes.
  10. Articles must not contain any element identifying the author(s); ar the moment of submission, in the metadata, the e-mail and affiliation of the author(s) must always be indicated.
  11. Along with the submission of the article, authors must also submit the ‘Declaration of Use of Artificial Intelligence’, without which the article cannot be accepted.
  12. The revision and editing of the articles is the responsibility of Páginas a&b.
  13. The submission of articles and their processing are free of charge for the authors.
