Abstract

From the analysis of consolidated data such as: Index of Digitality of the Economy and Society of the European Commission, National Institute of Statistics, Internet Management Committee in Brazil, Digital In, Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics, Fundação Getúlio Vargas, among other sources . This article aims to contribute to the academic debate, trying to trace a correlation in the pattern adopted in electronic public policies applied to the Brazilian and Portuguese reality. Starting from the aspect of how these governments are thinking about the use of the internet and its relationship with the restrictions of citizen digital interactivity in the sense of understanding how they see forming a thought in relation to the use of the internet by these governments, and their adherence to the concept of New Management Public (NGP).
