Abstract
Almost fifty years after April 25th, several national and international events have occurred. Probably many of those who lived on April 25, 1974 would never have imagined the transformations and evolutions that occurred in these five decades. This evolution also occurred in education.
This finding makes more sense in São Tomé and Príncipe.
In this article we intend to fundamentally analyze the Lembá Integrated Development Project. And, when analyzing this project, we realize the importance of Portuguese Cooperation and the Catholic Church in local development, in a particular way in education.
